Safari Meals & Menus

At Safari Learning® we serve a nutritious breakfast and lunch (for a nominal fee) and offer healthy snacks twice daily (at no charge).

*Note to parents: We serve whole wheat and oat flour breads and tortillas.  Milk is 2%.  Our meats are turkey or chicken  Cheeses are not processed.  Very little sugar is used.  Healthy oils are used, no trans fats. Water is on demand.  We always make sure that with a complex carbohydrate we have a protein. We also try to have a whole grain, protein and dairy with each meal. Our guidelines are to follow the state mandated portions and food components.  Children participate in food preparation, when possible.  Children always clean off their plates and cups and throw away the napkins.  They are learning how to set the table.
